Fascinating blog you author as an American in Germany. I love it.
I lived in Greece for a short stint but it forever gave me an appreciation and awareness that I utilize to this day.
I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment that the biggest impact will be a “stronger desire to work smarter.”
Part of working smarter may encompass the usage of internal blogs as a method of staying in touch, informed between teams or departments within an organization.
Time management benefits are numerous when you can eliminate time crushing meetings in favor of quickly crafted blog posts, comments as the tool.
Web 2.0 will only begin to change the face of a company when that company becomes aware of the multiple benefits and uses of these tools.
